Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • as needed cooking spray or oil for air fryer basket

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  • In another bowl, combine the flour, seasoned salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture, pressing lightly to coat well.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil. Place chicken bites in a single layer without overcrowding.
  • Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and internal temp reaches 165°F.
  • Repeat with remaining chicken and serve hot with dipping sauces.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes before coating. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce like ranch, buffalo, or honey mustard. Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 3 days — reheat in the air fryer for best texture.
