- 2 medium yellow squash sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
- 0.5 lemon juice
Wash and slice yellow squash into even 1/4-inch rounds. Pat dry with paper towels.
In a large bowl, toss slices with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat evenly.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
Arrange squash in a single layer in the basket. Don't overcrowd—cook in batches if needed.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway. Edges should be golden and crispy.
Remove, squeeze lemon juice over top, and sprinkle parsley. Serve hot.
