Fruits

  • 3 cups sliced apples, peeled (about 4 small apples)
  • 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen) Frozen blueberries can be used without thawing.

Topping

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (old fashioned or quick)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and lightly spray an 8 x 8 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
