- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups coleslaw mix pre-packaged or homemade
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro optional
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced optional
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional
In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken with BBQ sauce. Toss until coated. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix coleslaw mix with mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Lay out a tortilla. Spread chicken mixture in center.
Top with coleslaw. Add optional toppings.
Fold sides in, roll tightly from bottom.
Repeat for remaining wraps. Cut in half and serve.
- Use rotisserie chicken for ease.
- Warm tortillas for better rolling.
- Store components separately to prevent sogginess.
