Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blackberries

  • Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix wet ingredients until smooth.
  • Combine mixtures and fold in blackberries.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes until done.
