Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf brioche bread cubed
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the baking dish by greasing it with butter.
  • Layer half the bread and blueberries, then repeat.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugars, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Pour the custard over bread and press gently.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Bake at 180°C for 40 to 45 minutes until set and golden.
