Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dredge the chicken strips in the flour mixture until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Fry the chicken strips until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  • Toss the cooked chicken strips in buffalo sauce until well coated.

Serving

  • Serve hot as an appetizer.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider double-dipping the chicken in the flour mixture. You can also try using an air fryer for a healthier version of these tenders. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven for best results.
