  • Pastry brush
  • Pizza Cutter

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Italian cheese blend shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped, optional
  • 1 serving marinara sauce for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 F and lightly oil a baking sheet or 9x13 pan.
  • Press the pizza dough into the pan with your fingertips, stretching it gently toward the corners.
  • Mix the melted butter, grated garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt in a small bowl.
  • Brush half of the garlic butter over the dough, then spread the mozzarella, Italian cheese blend, and parmesan evenly on top.
  • Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden.
  • Remove from the oven, brush with the remaining garlic butter, sprinkle with parsley if using, slice, and serve with marinara sauce.

Notes

    >For extra crisp edges, preheat the pan before adding the dough. >Use room temperature dough so it stretches easily. >Serve warm for the best cheese pull and garlic butter flavor.
