Pizza Cutter
- 1 pound pizza dough room temperature
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 2 cloves garlic finely grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 cup Italian cheese blend shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons parsley chopped, optional
- 1 serving marinara sauce for serving
Preheat the oven to 425 F and lightly oil a baking sheet or 9x13 pan.
Press the pizza dough into the pan with your fingertips, stretching it gently toward the corners.
Mix the melted butter, grated garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt in a small bowl.
Brush half of the garlic butter over the dough, then spread the mozzarella, Italian cheese blend, and parmesan evenly on top.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden.
Remove from the oven, brush with the remaining garlic butter, sprinkle with parsley if using, slice, and serve with marinara sauce.
>For extra crisp edges, preheat the pan before adding the dough.
>Use room temperature dough so it stretches easily.
>Serve warm for the best cheese pull and garlic butter flavor.
