- 1/2 cup unsalted butter Melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese Softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup dry cake mix Heat-treated if needed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 16 ounces whipped topping Thawed and divided
- 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 ounces each
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles Plus more for topping
Mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter, then press firmly into a 9x13-inch dish to form the crust.
Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, cake mix, and vanilla until smooth, then fold in part of the whipped topping.
