Ingredients
  

  • 36-40 cookies golden sandwich cookies Crushed into fine crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese Softened
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup dry cake mix Heat-treated if needed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 16 ounces whipped topping Thawed and divided
  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 ounces each
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles Plus more for topping

Instructions
 

  • Mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter, then press firmly into a 9x13-inch dish to form the crust.
  • Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, cake mix, and vanilla until smooth, then fold in part of the whipped topping.
  • Spread the creamy filling over the crust in an even layer.
  • Whisk the vanilla pudding mix with cold milk until thickened, then spread over the cream layer.
  • Top with the remaining whipped topping and finish with rainbow sprinkles.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving cold.

Notes

  • Chill overnight for the cleanest slices.
  • Add sprinkles just before serving for the brightest color.
  • Use softened cream cheese for a smoother texture.
