- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish optional
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add cooked chicken, season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir and heat through.
Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and half the shredded cheese in a bowl until smooth.
Remove skillet from heat. Fold cheese mixture into chicken until combined.
Divide filling on tortillas, top with remaining cheese. Fold and roll tightly.
Cook wraps seam-side down in skillet, 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
