Instructions

  • Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and leavening.
  • Mix eggs, sugar, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla.
  • Combine wet and dry mixtures until smooth.
  • Add hot coffee and stir gently.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
  • Cool and add glaze before serving.
