- 1 medium apple finely diced
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a mini muffin tray.
