- 4 cups bread cubes day old
- 2 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 0.75 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 0.5 cup raisins optional
Preheat oven to 180C and grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Add bread cubes and let soak for 10 minutes.
Stir in cinnamon, salt, butter, and raisins.
Pour mixture into baking dish and bake for 40 minutes until golden.
Prepare sauce separately and serve warm over pudding.
