- 250 g pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Cook the pasta until al dente, then drain.
