Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard optional
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional
  • 2 tablespoons microgreens or chopped chives
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
