Ingredients
  

  • 300 g sirloin steak cut into strips
  • 250 g pasta
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.
  • Heat olive oil and sear steak strips until browned.
  • Remove steak, then melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant.
  • Add cream and parmesan, stirring until smooth.
  • Return steak and pasta to the pan and toss well.

Notes

  • Use fresh parmesan for best texture
  • Do not overcook steak
  • Add pasta water if needed
