- 300 g sirloin steak cut into strips
- 250 g pasta
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.
Heat olive oil and sear steak strips until browned.
Remove steak, then melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant.
Add cream and parmesan, stirring until smooth.
Return steak and pasta to the pan and toss well.
