- 3 large carrots peeled and sliced diagonally
- 3 tbsp maple syrup pure
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika optional
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss brussel sprouts and carrots in a bowl with olive oil, butter, garlic powder, salt, and paprika.
