Ingredients
  

  • 2 apples peeled and diced
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
