  • 1 lb Ground beef, lean Substitutable with ground turkey for a lighter option.
  • 3 cups Broccoli florets Can use fresh or frozen broccoli.
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced Fresh is preferable.
  • 1 cup White onion, chopped Adds sweetness and depth.
  • 1 cup Honey garlic sauce Use store-bought or homemade.
  • 4 cups Rice, cooked Serve over warm rice.
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  • Stir in broccoli florets and honey garlic sauce, and cook until broccoli is tender.
  • Serve over cooked rice.

Notes

For serving, garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions. To store leftovers, cool completely, and transfer to an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
