- 4 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup celery finely chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
- 1 cup green bell pepper diced small
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 2 hard-boiled eggs chopped
Cook the elbow macaroni in salted water until just tender, then drain and rinse under cold water.
