Ingredients
  

  • 1 deep-dish pie crust thawed if frozen
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 small onion finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled, deveined, and chopped
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven and lightly bake the pie crust until it begins to turn golden.
  • Cook the onion in butter until soft, then add the garlic and shrimp and cook briefly.
  • Whisk the eggs, cream, seasonings, and parsley, then stir in the cheeses.
  • Fold in the shrimp mixture, pour into the crust, and bake until the center is set.
