- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2-inch thickness
- 2 large lemons, juice and zest
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Whisk lemon juice, zest, olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
