Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 cup diced green onions
  • 0.5 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix shredded chicken, 1 cup cheese, ranch dressing, green onions, bell pepper, garlic powder, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  • Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
  • Fill half of tortilla with mixture, top with cheese, fold. Cook 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
  • Repeat and let rest before slicing.
  • Serve with extra ranch.
