- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened, for filling
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract for filling
Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and molasses until smooth.
Whisk together flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
