- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes quartered
- 2 cloves garlic finely minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 375 F and lightly grease a small baking dish.
Spread the cream cheese in an even layer across the bottom of the dish.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the cream cheese.
