- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 21 oz lemon pie filling
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 180°C and pour melted butter into a baking dish.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Add buttermilk, vanilla, and lemon zest and whisk until smooth.
Pour batter over butter without stirring, then add lemon pie filling on top.
