Ingredients
  

  • 200 g chocolate cookies crushed
  • 90 g unsalted butter melted
  • 150 g dark chocolate chopped
  • 120 g unsalted butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 40 g flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 175°C and prepare pie pan.
  • Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into pan, bake 10 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate and butter until smooth.
  • Whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla, then combine with chocolate mixture.
  • Add flour and cocoa powder, mix gently.
  • Bake for 20 minutes and let cool.
  • Whip cream with sugar and spread on top before serving.

Notes

  • Do not overbake to keep a soft center.
  • Chill before slicing for best texture.
