- 200 g chocolate cookies crushed
- 90 g unsalted butter melted
- 150 g dark chocolate chopped
- 120 g unsalted butter
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 40 g flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 175°C and prepare pie pan.
Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into pan, bake 10 minutes.
Melt chocolate and butter until smooth.
Whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla, then combine with chocolate mixture.
Add flour and cocoa powder, mix gently.
Bake for 20 minutes and let cool.
Whip cream with sugar and spread on top before serving.
