  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Take the kielbasa and slice it crosswise, but don’t cut all the way through.
  • In a bowl, combine the yellow mustard, honey, and smoked paprika. Mix until smooth.
  • Brush the mustard mixture generously over the sliced kielbasa.

Baking

  • Place the kielbasa bites in the greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and sizzling.

Serving

  • Once out of the oven, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can provide extra mustard on the side for dipping. Keep an eye on the bites to avoid overcooking them. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
