  • 16 ounces marshmallows
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows For gooey pockets
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter Adjust to taste

Preparation

  • Grease a large rectangular pan with butter or cooking spray.
  • In a large pot, melt the marshmallows over low heat, stirring continuously until fully melted.
  • Add in the peanut butter and blend well into the mixture.
  • Remove the pot from heat and gradually fold in the Rice Krispies, ensuring each piece is coated with the marshmallow mixture.
  • Add more mini marshmallows while folding to create pockets of gooey goodness.
  • Transfer the mixture to the greased pan and press down firmly for an even layer.
  • Allow the treats to cool for about 30 minutes before cutting them into squares.

Notes

Store the treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, refrigerate or freeze them wrapped individually.
