Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 20 small small flour tortillas (5-inch)
  • 14 oz pizza sauce
  • 24 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 80 slices pepperoni

Seasoning and Oil

  • 1 tbsp cooking oil For greasing and brushing
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly spray a large baking pan with cooking oil.

Assembling the Roll-Ups

  • On each tortilla, spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce.
  • Add 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Place 4-5 slices of pepperoni on top.
  • Tightly roll each tortilla and place it seam side down on the baking pan.

Brushing and Seasoning

  • Brush the tops of the roll-ups with cooking oil.
  • In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt together.
  • Sprinkle this mixture over the roll-ups.

Baking

  • Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the roll-ups are golden.

Notes

Serve Pepperoni Pizza Roll-Ups hot out of the oven. Slice them for easy snacking and pair with additional pizza sauce for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
