- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 2 cups chopped bok choy
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
In a large pot over medium heat, combine the chicken broth, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Add the frozen potstickers. Cook, stirring occasionally, until they float to the top, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in the sliced carrots and chopped bok choy. Simmer for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
