Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs about 24 cookies
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons green gel food coloring
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream divided
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling
  • Crushed Oreos or mint candies for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix Oreo crumbs, melted butter, and salt. Press into 9-inch pie plate. Chill.
  • Whisk pudding mix with milk 2 minutes. Add mint extract and green coloring.
  • Whip 1 1/2 cups cream with powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold half into pudding.
  • Spread into crust. Top with remaining whipped cream. Drizzle chocolate syrup.
  • Chill 4+ hours. Garnish and serve.

Notes

  • Chill bowl for whipping cream.
  • Use gel coloring for best color.
  • Fold gently to keep fluffy.
