- 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs about 24 cookies
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold whole milk
- 1 teaspoon mint extract
- 1-2 teaspoons green gel food coloring
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream divided
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling
- Crushed Oreos or mint candies for garnish
Mix Oreo crumbs, melted butter, and salt. Press into 9-inch pie plate. Chill.
Whisk pudding mix with milk 2 minutes. Add mint extract and green coloring.
Whip 1 1/2 cups cream with powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold half into pudding.
Spread into crust. Top with remaining whipped cream. Drizzle chocolate syrup.
Chill 4+ hours. Garnish and serve.
