Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 4 English muffins split
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 small garlic clove minced
  • 1 pinch Old Bay seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter softened

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix cream cheese, mayo, lemon juice, garlic, and seasonings until smooth.
  • Fold in shrimp and crab gently.
  • Butter muffin halves, spoon filling over each, and top with cheese.
  • Bake 10-12 minutes until bubbly, then broil 1 minute for crispy tops.

  • Pat seafood dry to avoid soggy texture.
  • Mix cheese types for better melt and flavor.
