- 1.5 cups flour
- 0.75 cup brown sugar
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.75 cup butter melted
- 2 cups strawberries chopped
- 0.33 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp cornstarch
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking pan.
Mix oats, flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
Add melted butter and combine until crumbly.
Press mixture into pan to form the base layer.
Mix strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
Spread filling over base and top with remaining crumble.
Bake until golden brown, about 35 to 40 minutes.
