Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons water Optional, for thinning

Instructions
 

  • Add the mayonnaise, ketchup, sugar, rice vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper to a small bowl.
  • Whisk until the mixture is smooth and evenly blended.
  • Taste and adjust with extra vinegar, sugar, or paprika if desired.
  • Whisk in water one teaspoon at a time if a thinner consistency is preferred.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use full-fat mayonnaise for the richest texture.
  • Smoked paprika adds a deeper flavor.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator and use a clean spoon.
