- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 to 2 tablespoons water Optional, for thinning
Add the mayonnaise, ketchup, sugar, rice vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper to a small bowl.
Whisk until the mixture is smooth and evenly blended.
Taste and adjust with extra vinegar, sugar, or paprika if desired.
